The Seven Best Essential Oils For Calming Nerves

Mid August a.k.a. Back to school season is usually the time for most of my friends & myself to start experiencing a ton of stress, anxiety, and depression. I want to help us find some sort of balance, so I figured it was a great time to talk about essential oils for calming nerves. The seven go to oils to help us stay calm during this season of back to school is Lavender, Rose, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Chamomile, Sage oil, and Basil oil.
While most of my friends are getting the kids ready for school and my single friends are juggling work and trying to have a social life. I figured I could help by doing a little research to make it easier on them.
I have suffered with depression and anxiety for a while now and last year my health was in deep waters due to stress. I think this is a topic that need to be discussed, it is definitely natural cures out there and we need to talk about it.
In the beginning of my going natural Journey one of the first oils that I started to learn about was lavender oil. Lavender oil was one of the best essential oils for calming my nerves. It helped me so much. When that anxiety kicks in I like to diffuse about 3 drops or pour a few drops into a spray bottle, add water and spray it around the room. It really amazes me centered I am since using this oil.
The next oil is rose oil it helps with our emotions, headaches and balance hormones. Speaking of emotions, Ylang Ylang oil improves your mood and it's a natural anxiety and depression remedy. Bergamot is similar to the others as well, it promotes feelings of joy and it brings balance to the body. Bergamont is a great oil for enhancing your mood and it is an effective antidepressant .
